PHOTOfunSTUDIO smartly sorts your photos and movies into practical folders that are created automatically as you upload them from your camera to a PC, for quick, easy management. The folders and their icons in PHOTOfunSTUDIO interface are linked with your LUMIX; by shooting mode names, by scene mode names, and by subordinate folders by names input in the Face Recognition function*¹, Baby Mode, Pet Mode, or by titles or destinations that you've input with the Travel Date setting.
Each folder is indicated with an icon, of such as scene modes, making it easy to recognize it, so you can find the photos and movies you want fast. If you want, you can have it organize your photos by keywords that you set, or by dates, or even by camera models. Having so many ways to access the image you want, searching and viewing photos and movies are more comfortable than ever before.
Notably, the new PHOTOfunSTUDIO 4.0*² features dramatic speed-up of operation by achieving 10x as fast as the previous edition for start up and 8x for initial image registration process*³. The GUI is re-designed by adopting simple graphic elements and layouts as well as the incorporation of wizard method, making the operation more intuitive and extremely easy.

With PHOTOfunSTUDIO*¹, you can upload your movies directly to YouTube™ using the built-in YouTube uploader*².

You can cut out still images in single-frame units from motion images. This is ideal for catching the movements of a child or pet, or dynamic sports scenes.

PHOTOfunSTUDIO lets you watch slideshows that are matched to the 4 kinds of background music – Natural, Slow, Swing and Urban – that come with the LUMIX slideshow function. Or, you can have it play your own MP3, WAV or WMA files. It is also possible to choose your favorite iTunes music file as background music. In addition, you can save the slideshows that you've created so you can watch them as many times as you want*.

PHOTOfunSTUDIO lets you print right onto your photos with the LUMIX titles that you input, or with the names, ages, and recording dates that you set in the Face Recognition function*¹, Baby Mode, Pet Mode, or with text from the Travel Date setting*². Plus, when you connect the LUMIX directly to a printer, you can add frames and stamps in your favorite colors and fonts*³.

You can create panoramic composite photos in vertical, horizontal, or spherical 360° orientation. If you're using a model that includes Panorama Assist*^2/*³ as one of the LUMIX Scene modes, a translucent image of the previous shot will appear as you shoot, so you can accurately take several overlapping shots and then synthesize them beautifully.
