Lumix DMC-G1 Receives 2008 Photokina Star

Panasonic Corporation is pleased to announce the new digital interchangeable lens camera LUMIX DMC-G1 as winner of the famous “Photokina Star” at Photokina 2008, held through 23-28 September in Cologne, Germany.

The “Photokina Star” is appointed by photo specialist magazines PHOTO PRESSE and digit!, published by Klie Verlagsgesellschaft (Publishing), and is awarded to products or services that are determined to be the absolute highlights of the show amongst the whole selection of exhibited photographic instruments.
