When projecting fine art pieces like paintings, photos, or movies as educational materials, the true value of the artwork cannot be properly conveyed if the original colors and details are lost due to poor image quality. Also, it's only natural for today's students, who are familiar with advanced image environments, to want the same high level of quality in the images that they use in class. Visual aids with poor image quality greatly lower their levels of understanding and interest.
Poor image quality is especially a big problem for art related classes.

In response to the increasing popularity of wide-screen image viewing, the PT-DZ12000, PT-DZ8700/DZ110X, PT-DZ6710, PT-DZ6700 and PT-DZ570 are the native WUXGA (1,920 x 1,200 pixels), wide-screen projector capable of displaying high-resolution images with a 16:10 aspect ratio. And the native WUXGA (1,920 x 1,200 pixels) resolution that covers beyond Full HD (1,920 x 1,080 pixels) specifications.

Exclusive to Panasonic, this new image-processing circuit analyzes the video signal frequency range for each scene by extracting data on the distribution of high, mid, and low-frequency components, and brings out fine details accordingly. The resulting images have a more natural, three dimensional appearance with crisp, clear detail.
Clearly reproduces fine textural details.

The RGB Booster, which dramatically improves image quality in 1-chip DLP™ projectors, consists of two functions. The first, Vivid Color Control technology, is used to maximize the color segment areas of the color wheel. And the second, the Lamp Modulation Drive System, controls the lamp intensity for each of the red, green, blue, and white segments of the color wheel separately. The RGB Booster achieves high image quality with a level of brightness and color reproduction that makes each color stand out.
The RGB Booster reproduces bright vivid images with increased color fidelity.

Panasonic's Dynamic Iris uses a scene-linking aperture mechanism to achieve a remarkable high contrast without lowering brightness. It helps reproduce deeper, richer blacks and gives images more detailed textures.
Grayish, faded blacks are produced with natural black depth.

Some people like to view large-screen images from relatively close up to get the maximum viewing impact. But at close range, the colors perceived by the human eye tend to differ slightly from the original colors. The 3D Color Management System solves this problem by enabling fine adjustment of colors so they appear faithful to the originals when projected onto a large screen.

The original colors aren't lost even when projected onto a large screen.
