Panasonic Kids School offers a wide variety of programs that support the dreams and futures of children around the world. A special focus is placed on promoting environmental education for elementary and junior high school students. By 2018, we are planning to have provided environmental education to two million children around the world.

Eco Learning Program

We are globally providing an environmental education program to foster children's interest in global warming and biodiversity, thereby encouraging them to take specific actions to protect the global environment.

Eco Picture Diary

In this program, children present special picture diaries they have made, describing activities that they are actually carrying out around them, such as at school and at home, to protect and save the global environment. The objective is to help them develop the habit, from childhood, of thinking about the environment.
Kid Witness News (KWN)

For more than two decades, Panasonic has been promoting Kid Witness News, a global video education program, with the aim of boosting creativity and communication skills and fostering teamwork through video production by children at the elementary and secondary school levels.

Hybrid Car Craft Workshop

By making hybrid toy cars designed to run on solar power and dry batteries, children learn about the efficient use of energy and how the hybrid system works.
Math and Science Education

RiSuPia, a name developed from the Japanese word "Ri" for Sciences and
"Su" for Mathematics was first opened in August 2006 at Panasonic Center
Tokyo, as a support to the development of Japan's future generation by
providing a place for children to play with several laws and principles
of sciences and mathematics. 1.3 million people had visited for 5 years
since opening.
Similarly, to encourage the future generation of Vietnam, Panasonic
Risupia Vietnam is designed to bring children through the phase of
question to self study, and then finally discovery through the use of
their five senses.
Rope Jump
A big skipping rope event for elementary schools is organized by Panasonic to improve children's physical abilities. It also aims to help children foster communication skills by practicing together, working out a game plan, and discussing how to improve their performance.
