Users can find the help topic easily in an optimized FAQ page. In addition, many pages were dedicated to explaining the basic care instructions. In order for the product to be long-lasting, a suggested maintenance schedule was included.

The LED packaging was adapted for overseas markets, where hanging displays are common. The actual product is visible and the package is easy to hold. It is shaped to be easily grabbed from the hanging display, and users can check the base of the bulb by seeing and touching it. Package can be opened simply by lifting the edge, and various packaging parts can be easily separated for recycling.
