Results of Green products

We have defined the percentage that Green Products account for in the value of all shipments from factories of products developed in the fiscal year as "Green Product (GP) Development Rate" and have set a target for this rate. In fiscal 2007, the rate increased to 96%, far exceeding the target value of 74%. In fiscal 2007 we also raised the target value for the GHG Factor, for fiscal 2011 which is a Green Product Accreditation criterion for the prevention of global warming, from 1.5 to 2.0. We aim to achieve at least a 90% GP Development Rate in fiscal 2011.
