HIT solar cells improve boundary characteristics and reduce power generation losses by forming impurity-free i-type amorphous silicon layers between the crystalline base and p- and n-type amorphous silicon layers.
Very high conversion efficiency of HIT photovoltaic modules makes it possible to install more capacity compared to other conventional HIT photovoltaic modules.
Even at high temperatures, the HIT solar cell can maintain higher efficiency than a conventional crystalline silicon solar cell.
The HIT photovoltaic modules have very high conversion efficiencies. This feature enables you to install more capacity and obtain more output power in a limited area. Furthermore because of the higher output power panel, the total number of modules can be minimized compared with conventional photovoltaic modules. This makes it possible to save space and time for the installation.
