More nutritious eating

A mixture of these ingredients, in the right balance, makes bread more nutritious and contributes to healthier eating.

・ Eggs
Eggs nutritionally enrich the dough, they also improve the keeping properties and colour of the finished product.
・ Whole grain
Whole-grain bread contains more dietary fibre, iron, vitamins (especially vitamin B1 and B2) and minerals than ordinary white bread and is therefore recommended for growing children.
・ Nuts and dry fruits
