The quality policy of the Panasonic Group is to “serve our true customers throughout the supply of products and services that will meet and satisfy the needs both of our customers and of society at large”. As such, it is our aim to develop standards of quality that genuinely impress and inspire our customers. We are now promoting a series of uncompromising quality reforms based mainly on three different areas - quality systems to meet global standards, development of human resources to promote greater quality, and research into higher-level evaluation and analysis technologies.
Our philosophy is that “the highest priority on product quality”. With this in mind, we are working to promote continuous improvements to our quality systems and create a culture of “quality first”, so that we can meet the high standards and requirements of our customers.
