Such high performance mobile-peripherals as smart phones have become smaller, in size, thinner in thickness as well as lighter in weight, and as the battery has become larger in capacity, how to diffuse the heat generated by semiconductors or batteries has been essential. Heat-diffusion components to be mounted have been required to be smaller, thinner, as well as lighter in weight. Industrial Devices Company, Panasonic Corporation has been producing “the PGS Graphite Sheet”, featuring thin in thickness, light in weight as well as excellent in the thermal conductivity, and received high appreciation from the market. To meet the market demand, we have commercialized “the PGS Graphite Sheet (thickness: 10 μm)”, featuring the thinnest thickness of 10μm in the industry (※1) and the highest thermal conductivity of 1950 W/mK in the industry (※1), and will commence mass-production. Also we would like to expand our product range.
