Students from schools participating in the KWN program in each country (in principle, children aged 10 - 15)
Participating schools & nations / region :
630 schools in 24 nations / region (as of October 2009)
One representative video to be selected from each participating country for entry in the preliminary round of judging.
Selected videos from all countries/regions will be judged, and the top twelve works will be selected for final judging.
Premier judges will select the six finalist works out of top 12 videos and decide the Grand Prix and other awards.
Judges :
Panels of judges will be comprised of film production professionals, journalists, educators, Panasonic
representatives and other qualified individuals.
The top six finalists will be invited to attend the KWN Global Contest Awards Ceremony in Japan.
Finalist videos will be posted on a KWN website and the general public can vote for their favorite video.
