"Camera Function Check" button may not be pressed to check the camera when registering it. The problem may be caused when 2 or more cameras which are same model are registered and a same value is specified as "Destination Recording Capacity Limit" on each camera. Try again after clicking "Camera Function Check" button.

To use commands to execute for detection, check "Execute external output settings" and/or "Execute optional commands" under "Executing Commands for Detection" in "Motion Detection" or "Alarm/Sensor". If the destination folder is changed during recording, the issue may happen. In the other case, pick the searched date and activate the restore program in Operation Support and restore the date.

Playback list must be refreshed to delete the said file. Retry to search file to refresh the list and delete the file. Note: When displaying the message "The recorded images cannot be deleted during recording. Stop the recording, and try again." follow the above.

When reams of data exist in HDD with large capacity and Search is executed without search criteria, the issue may happen. Update the software which the time-out condition is adjusted on. (The latest version : 3.03R00) When Search does not go well, only search with the specified date is available.

The destination recording capacity may be limited and "Delete old files and keep recording"(by 1 minute) may be specified. If the recording images which are displaying at Multi-playback is under over-writing, the playback frame rate is not displayed correctly.

A system time may be changed. The system time is not reflected on the setting of a client after changing the system time on the server during connection. Search again after re-connection.

[Cause] Anti-Virus Software or Firewall Program is blocking to access the camera from the PC. [Measures] Permit to access the camera on Anti-Virus Software or Firewall Program. Note: The issue may happen when OneCare Family Safety in Windows Live is installed. In that case, uninstall it and try again.

The issue is caused due to the specifications of Windows Vista and not due to the software. [Cause] User Account Control in Windows Vista does not allow an application generally to create a folder just under a drive. [Measures] Create the folder just under the drive such as C:\ncrdata with Explorer and specify the folder.

No.19 Images are not refreshed on the multi-monitoring page in case of Windows Vista. Power OFF and ON recovers the phenomenon. [Troubleshoot: HNP15]

The problem is not causes due to the software. [Cause] The driver for the graphic card may not be compatible with Aero mode of Vista. [Measures] If it is not compatible the software stops the operation. Contact the PC or graphic card maker.

This is the limitation of the software. The buttons are available only when there is previous or next page with a camera which has focus function.

This is the limitation of the software. The playback bar stops on the image area when there is not image data but voice data only at the time in case of the recording due to motion detection and alarm/timer recording.
