Answer... | Reason
- The values set for the e-mail/FTP transfer settings made in the "Buffer/Transfer" screens are not correct. Refer to the setup instructions provided by your service provider and set each of the items below required for e-mail and/or FTP transfers.
- The login ID and password required for e-mail/FTP transfers is incorrect. Refer to the setup instructions provided by your service provider and set the correct login ID and password. Make sure the following settings are also correct.

Server address or host name/port number/login ID/password/login timing/file name (and the directory name when required)/overwrite setting/data transfer method
<E-mail>
Server address or host name the server used for sending e-mail (SMTP server)/Server address or host name the server used for receiving e-mail (POP3 server)/login ID/password/Sender (e-mail address)/destination e-mail address 1, 2, 3/subject/message text
