There is an error when setting port forwarding using UPnP. [Troubleshoot: C10]

Answer... Reason
*The broadband router's UPnP feature is disabled.
Refer to the documentation included with the broadband router and enable its UPnP feature.
 
*You turned on the camera first and then turned on the broadband router.
Turn on the broadband router first, and then turn on the camera.
 
*The series of numbers which determine the default gateway is not set correctly for the camera's network settings.
Enter the correct numbers. Consult your network administrator or service provider if necessary.
 
*The broadband router does not support UPnP.
Refer to the documentation included with the broadband router and configure the broadband router for port forwarding.
