*The computer connected to the broadband router is not able to connect to the Internet.
Refer to the documentation included with your broadband router and confirm that the computer can connect to the Internet, then try registering for Viewnetcam.com service.
*If you do not receive an e-mail containing a link to the Viewnetcam.com service web site, the address you entered when registering may have been incorrect.
Refer to the FAQ found on the Viewnetcam.com web site (information on service registration) and register your e-mail address again.
