Reason Any of the following are possible causes. The position of the sensor and the lens are different because the "Move to sensor position" is not set under "Lens Position When Triggered". In the "Sensor Setting" screen of "Buffer Transfer", select "Move to sensor position". Also adjust the buffer/transfer interval and number of images as necessary. You may want to consider changing the physical position of the camera.
