Have you performed the online user registration? Even when you successfully obtained a temporary address, you can not access the Network Camera unless you perform the online user registration. Click [Your Account Link] button on the Network Configuration window to perform online user registration. Please visit the web page of the "Viewnetcam.com" service and see "How do I Register?" for details.
