Pan and Tilt functions, including Click to Center and Preset Positioning, do not respond. [Image_display]

Answer... Reason-1
Communications between the Network Camera and the PC may be disconnected.

Solution-1
Click [Refresh] on the web browser. If the image is refreshed, try to pan or tilt the camera again



Reason-2
The Network Camera may be turned off.

Solution-2
Turn the Network Camera on.



Reason-3
An object may be physically blocking the Network Camera, preventing it from panning or tilting.

Solution-3
Clear any obstructions that may prevent the camera from moving freely.



Reason-4
Other users may be operating the Network Camera’s pan and tilt functions.

Solution-4
Wait until other users have finished operating the camera, then try again.



Reason-5
The Pan/Tilt operation might have reached the limit of its range.

Solution-5
Check if Up End, Down End, Left End or Right End is displayed on the operation bar.



Reason-6
Pan/Tilt/Preset Control may have been locked in the Camera Setup window.

Solution-6
Open the Camera Setup window and set Pan/Tilt/Preset operation to “Enable”.
