OS of my PC is Windows Vista. I cannot specify a drive such as C: for Destination Folder. [Troubleshoot: HNP15] [NCR(HNP15)SingleCameraVersion]

The issue is caused due to the specifications of Windows Vista and not due to the software. [Cause] User Account Control in Windows Vista does not allow an application generally to create a folder just under a drive. [Measures] Create the folder just under the drive such as C:\ncrdata with Explorer and specify the folder.
