    Anti-Virus Software or Firewall Program is blocking to access the camera from the PC.

  • [Measures]
    Permit to access the camera on Anti-Virus Software or Firewall Program.

    Note:
    The issue may happen when OneCare Family Safety in Windows Live is installed. In that case, uninstall it and try again.
