[Cause1] IPSec policy settings are restricted. [Solution1] Decrease the number of computers connected simultaneously, and waits for a moment, or shorten the lifetime in the PC's IPSec settings. [Cause2] IPSec settings have not been set on your PC. [Solution2] Set IPSec settings on your PC. See the Panasonic Network Camera support website for more details. [Cause3] The pre-shared key is not set correctly. [Solution3] Set the same pre-shared key for the camera and your PC. [Cause4] On the VPN router within the network, tunnel mode has been set. [Solution4] Transport mode and tunnel mode cannot be used at the same time. Cancel the PC's IPSec settings, and communicate using tunnel mode. [Cause5] Either the PC's SA*1 or Camera's SA is not established. [Solution5] Disable the PC's IPSec settings, and enable it again.
