Your web browser's temporary file setting is causing old images to be displayed.

[Solution]
Change your web browser's temporary files setting.
  1. Start Internet Explorer->[Tools]->[Internet Options...]->[General] tab->
  2. Click [Settings...] under [Temporary Internet files]->
  3. Check [Every visit to the page] under [Check for newer versions of stored pages:]->[OK]->[OK]->Complete
