I cannot access camera.

| Answer... | IP address and port number is wrong. -> Input correct IP address and password. IPV6 address does not work on Internet Explorer (I.E.). -> I.E. does not support IPV6 address to access by DDNS service. Default gateway and/or DNS is not defined correctly when access camera from internet. -> Define correct default gateway and/or DNS address. Connection Type is not defined correctly. -> If auto negotiation mode does not work, define Connection Type by using table below. |
