What should I do if the firmware update fails?

Answer... | The firmware updating is now in process.- Confirm the indicator.
- If the Indicator continues flashing green (HCM1/2) or orange (other models), follow these steps.
- Push the refresh button on the browser.
- If there is no improvement, input "http://***.***.***.***/cgiBootFiramwareVersionUp" and push the enter key.
- If the [Update Firmware] screen is displayed, update the firmware completely in reference to the operating instructions.
- If there is no improvement in symptoms, turn the camera off/on, and then try the setup again.
The firmware updating is done a number of times. - Confirm the indicator.
- If the Indicator continues flashing green (HCM1/2) or orange (other models), follow these steps.
- Input the URL of the [Update Firmware] screen directly and push the enter key.
- If there is no improvement, press the FACTORY DEFAULT RESET button to reset the camera and input "http://192.168.0.253".
- If you can not access to the [Update Firmware] screen, input "http://***.***.***.***/cgiBootFiramwareVersionUp" and push the enter key.
- If the [Update Firmware] screen is displayed, update the firmware completely in reference to the operating instructions.
- If there is no improvement in symptoms, turn the camera off/on, and then try the setup again.
