When accessing a camera on a LAN, the web browser settings are going through a proxy server. Change the settings so that they do not go through a proxy server.   How to Set the Proxy Server Settings Start up Internet Explorer. (The example is Internet Explorer 6.0.)   Click [Tools] -> [Internet Options...].   Click the [Connections] tab, and click [LAN Settings].   See if the Use a proxy server check box is checked or not. If checked, click [Advanced...]. - See if the check box is checked or not. - If checked, click [Advanced...]. If not checked, click [Cancel]. Proxy settings are not required.   Enter the camera IP address into the Do not use proxy server for addresses beginning with data field.   Click [OK].
