Create Custom Paper Sizes in Windows XP for Dot Matrix Printers
Yes you can create a custom paper sizes in Windows XP to print Checks!
By doing the following:
Click the Start button, Control Panel, Printers and Other Hardware, Printer and Faxes. At this screen you will see all your Printers listed. Highlight the printer that you want to use, (i.e. KX-P1150) and press File, from the pull down menu click on Server Properties:
Place a check mark in Create a new form and enter the paper size and click Save Form and your done.
Now when you go to print, you will have this new paper size to select from in the print driver
