Setup procedure IPsec Tunnel mode (IPv6)
Setup Example of Tunnel de about IPsec
*The followings show setup examples about LAN side of the IPv6 supported router (NEC*IX1050) and the camera (KX-HCM311).
The instructions provided here explain the setup procedure on the PC (Windows XP) on an encrypted communication.
Network Configuration

* Setup of router1 and 2 ( Setup of WAN side)
Refer to the operating instructions of the equipment because the setup at WAN side depends upon the equipment.
* Setup of PC1
Setup of IPsec is not required in case of Tunnel mode.
- * Setup of Camera (BB-HCM311)
Setup of IPsec is not required in case of Tunnel mode.
- * Setup of Router1 (Setup of LAN)
Login by the other PC using Telnet and execute the setting by entering the command.
Setup of camera (BB-HCM311)
- Click [Setup] and the following screen is displayed by clicking [IPsec] on left-side menu.

- Click [Add] to display the following screen.

- Click [Save] after setting the above items.
3-1 : Pre-shared Key
Enter the pre-shared key of IKE.
Enter the pre-shared key which is set for "ROUTER1" to set IPsec Tunnel.3-2 : Network address
Enter the network address at the PC side.
*The followings are setup examples in case of Figure1.
IPv4: 192.168.0.0/24
IPv6: 2001:380:5003::0/643-3 : The address of the router
Enter the IP address of the router at the camera side.
*The followings are setup examples in case of Figure1.
IPv4: 100.100.100.1 - Click [Cancel] to continue setup.

- Set only [IPsec] in check box and click [Save].

- Click [Restart].
*Communication with IPsec Tunnel mode after restarting the camera.

Setup of Router1 (Setup of LAN)
Login by the other PC using Telnet and execute the setting by entering the command.
- Login NEC IX1050 by the other PC using Telnet and enter the following command.
The state that the command is entered.
