Configuration using Broadband Router
- *If you use Network Camera Management System(KX-HGW600), you can register the IP Masquerade setup (Step 2) automatically with "Automatic Setup function".

Assign the IP address and the port number to each device as below.
* Ask your network administrator when you set up an IP address.

You need to perform the following setup when viewing a Multi-Camera screen (motion images) from both LAN and WAN sides.
Set up as below: Cam1--WAN side Cam2--LAN side
Step1:The following is the environment (condition) for the setup examples.
- Use xDSL (PPPoE), and assign a global IP address for WAN side.
- Using a Broadband Router which is finished with the network setup.
- Connection type : Use an Ethernet switching hub and connect two Network Cameras (KX-HCM10)and one PC to it.
Assuming the above conditions in explaining.
This following case is confirmed just under OUR environments, so when viewing your display a Multi-Camera screen, set up YOUR network environment.

- Select "TCP&UDP" at "Protocol".
- Enter a port number of cam1 at "Forwarding Port".
Do not use the well-known ports.
Example: cam1--10001/ cam1--10002 etc. - Enter an IP address of cam1 at "Forwarding IP Address".
Example : cam1---www.xxx.yyy.100 / cam2---www.xxx.yyy.200 - Click "Save".
- Set up each parameter for cam2
