This error message appears when you select the Microsoft® Outlook® address book type as importing data type in PC which Microsoft® Outlook® is not installed.
Please import the phonebook after checking the importing data type again to be shown in the following procedure.

<Importing phonebook entries stored in your computer>

You can import phonebook entries from other data (CSV files, Phonebook files, or Microsoft Outlook address book data) and then send them to the handset (max. 50 entries).

When importing data from a CSV file:

1. Click
   The Import dialog box appears.
2. Select [File], then click [OK].
   The Open dialog box appears.
3. Select the CSV format file you want to import, then click [Open].
   The Import CSV dialog box appears.
4. Select the column containing name data, then click next to [Name].
5. Select the column containing phone number data, then click next to [Phone Number].
6. Click [OK].
   The phonebook entries are imported.

When importing data from a Phonebook file:

1. Click
   The Import dialog box appears.
2. Select [File], then click [OK].
   The Open dialog box appears.
3. Select a previously saved Phonebook file created with GIGARANGE USB Utility, then click [Open].
   The phonebook entries are imported.

When importing data from Microsoft Outlook:

1. Click
   The Import dialog box appears.
2. Select [Microsoft(R) Outlook(R)], then click [OK].
   The phonebook entries are imported.
