Due to the accelerated expansion of global business, Panasonic has been seeking capable individuals who can demonstrate their abilities overseas and conduct various activities successfully in the global business world. However, it was difficult to communicate directly with employees working in other countries, and we were afraid that we could not express to the students how attractive, challenging and rewarding it is to work overseas. Therefore, for the "Global Challenger Forum," an event for recruiting students who will graduate from universities in 2012, we set up an HD Visual Communications System so that the students could talk and ask questions to our overseas employees in real time. The system was able to deliver the voices of the overseas employees directly to the students, successfully promoting Panasonic as a global company boasting superb technologies.
