After you are nominated as Panasonic Scholarship Student, you have to study Japanese and take JLPT and pass at least level-3 of the test in your country. JLPT is offered usually once a year in December all over the world. If you fail in the test of level-3 before departing for Japan, you have to take the test again in Japan and pass at least level-3 as your second trial during the first year after your arrival. If you fail in the test of JLPT level-3 as your second trial, you will be disqualified as Panasonic Scholarship Student afterwards.

When you pass JLPT level-3 as your first or second trial, please continue to study Japanese and pass the level 1-2 of JLPT as your next challenge.

Furthermore, our application and selection procedures are conducted only at our designated countries and area such as China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam.
